About Kostis Builders Inc.
Kostis Builders Inc. is family-owned and operated in Boone, North Carolina. It was established in 1989 by President/Owner George Kostis.
After moving to Virginia from Greece, George found his way to the mountains of North Carolina by earning a wrestling scholarship to Appalachian State University. While in Boone, George met his wife, Tina, and the two have planted roots in the High Country while raising their two boys.
Priding himself on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, George has built numerous houses in Boone and the surrounding areas and has countless referrals from previous clients. His reasonable prices and willingness to work with customers have allowed him many return clients. References will gladly be supplied upon request.
